STOCKMANN SOLD THE REAL ESTATE HOUSING SEPPÄLÄ'S HEAD OFFICE

In line with the company's strategy aiming at freeing up capital, Stockmann has sold the shares of the real estate company owned by Stockmann and used by Seppälä at a price topping EUR 10 million to Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company. At the same time, Stockmann has taken the sold premises on a long-term lease from the new owner for the use of Seppälä.
