Hanna Länsivuori has been appointed as Stockmann division’s Chief Sales Officer – Stockmann division speeds up its customer-centric strategy

Hanna Länsivuori, MBA, has been appointed as Chief Sales Officer and a member of Stockmann division’s management group to strengthen and develop omnichannel customer experience.

Stockmann division has strongly renewed its strategy and gone through a transformation process to reinforce further the company’s organisation. During the last two years, Stockmann division has renewed thoroughly its strategy concentrating now on customer-centricity, service, and better customer experience. In addition, e-Com reorganisation and renewals of Stockmann’s department stores make it possible for the customers to get seamless service everywhere. Stockmann puts effort on comprehensive customer experience not only in the department stores but also in e-Commerce.  

Hanna Länsivuori has a long and wide experience in developing services, sales and customer experience. She will start at Stockmann on 29 August 2022.

Hanna joins Stockmann from Fennia Group where she has been responsible for Digital Business and Customer Experience unit including Brand and Communication. Before that she has been responsible for Online Sales, Customer Experience, Brand and Marketing unit at Tallink Silja.

- Stockmann Group is in an interesting phase and Jari Latvanen has directed Stockmann team in a convincing way to develop the company and to change its direction. We will put more effort on developing databased omnichannel customer experience both digitally and more customer-centric, says Länsivuori.

Stockmann speeds up the development of e-commerce and omnichannel customer path according to the customer-centric strategy.

- Now that Stockmann has moved to look for growth, Hanna will have a key role being responsible for all our sales channels – both in our department stores and e-commerce. The development of omnichannel customer experience is the core of Stockmann’s strategy.
