Hannu Penttilä to continue as Stockmann’s CEO

Stockmann plc’s CEO Hannu Penttilä is, under his current CEO agreement, entitled to retire in April 2013 when he turns 60. Mr. Penttilä will not exercise this entitlement but will continue as CEO from April 2013 onwards under an agreement that remains valid until further notice.
