Under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, Stockmann
has today been notified by Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f that the
aggregate ownership interest of Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f and KSF
Media Holding Ab, a company controlled by Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f,
has, in connection with the increase in share capital on August 18, 2009,
decreased below 10 per cent. At the same time the aggregate ownership of
voting rights has decreased below 15 per cent.
