Getting to know Tuija
The Tapiola department store is going through major renovation and improvements at the moment. Tuija Wänttinen is the store’s director. She has solid experience from the world of retail, as well as a strong will to make visiting the new Tapiola department store into an even more unique experience for the customers. Get to know Tuija and join us in creating the new Stockmann in Tapiola.
What is your Tapiola like?
“Stockmann is very familiar to me, because my own journey with Stockmann began as a sales person as early as 1983, after I had finished my matriculation examination. After that I have worked at Stockmann in over 10 different posts, e.g. Sales Manager of the Delicatessen, and Director of the Helsinki department store. The experience and encounters gained over the years will come in hand in creating the new department store.
We are making Tapiola into a department store of the future. First and foremost we wish to hear from the customers what they consider to be a first class shopping experience.
