According to the new strategy, Stockmann Retail division’s focus is on the Stockmann department stores and the stockmann.com online store. Stockmann Retail’s goal is to offer a top-notch shopping experience both online and in the department stores. Stockmann’s future selection will have a stronger focus on fashion, cosmetics, Stockmann Delicatessen and home products.
To support its new strategy Stockmann has appointed Ursula Blässar as Marketing Director and Anna Salmi as Director of Digital Retail. They will both join the Stockmann Retail Management Team.
Ursula Blässar, M.Sc. (Econ) has over 20 years’ experience in leading consumer brands, marketing and sales, including marketing management positions at Lumene and Iittala. Ursula Blässar will join Stockmann on 1 June 2015.
Anna Salmi, M.Sc. (Econ) is currently Head of Sales and Marketing at Aurinkomatkat. She has a strong experience in leading eCommerce and digital marketing at Aurinkomatkat and Finnair. Ursula Blässar will join Stockmann on 15 August 2015.

Director of Stockmann Food Chain Susanna Ottila, Director of Flagship Store Helsinki Kristina Inkiläinen and Director of Regional Stores Tuija Wänttinen have also been appointed to the Stockmann Retail’s Management Team. All members of the Management Team will report to Jouko Pitkänen.
