Lindex Group plc is an international multichannel retail group with two divisions: the fashion chain Lindex and Stockmann department stores, and webstores. The Group had 42 328 shareholders and 5 801 employees at the end of December 2023.
The Group’s Board of Directors decided on 25 September 2023 to initiate a strategic assessment to crystallise shareholder value by refocusing the Group’s business on Lindex. As part of the strategic assessment, the Group will investigate strategic alternatives for the Stockmann department stores business.

The Lindex Group’s Board of Directors consists of a minimum of five and a maximum of nine members, elected for one year at a time. Sari Pohjonen is the Chair of the Board of Directors.
The Lindex Group Management Team consists of four members. Susanne Ehnbåge has been the company’s CEO since 12 May 2023.
In its decision-making and corporate governance, Lindex Group complies with the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act, the Finnish Corporate Governance Code issued by the Securities Market Association, the rules of the company’s Articles of Association, the Nasdaq Helsinki Guidelines for Insiders, and other applicable legislation and rules.
